To use the Mickey 88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on Mickey 88. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, MyKad or passport number, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Mickey 88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Mickey 88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to keep your account secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Mickey 88 support immediately.
Mickey 88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:
All deposits must be made in MYR (RM) only. Mickey 88 does not accept foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a currency other than RM will be automatically rejected.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. Deposits via FPX or online banking may take up to 15 minutes depending on the bank. Mickey 88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Mickey 88 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method registered in your own name that was used for the deposit.
Mickey 88 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, bank statement, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.
All bonuses and promotions at Mickey 88 are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) and validity periods as specified for each promotion. The specific terms for each promotion can be found on the Promotions page. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before claiming it.
The Welcome Bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each individual may claim the Welcome Bonus once. This bonus cannot be combined with any other promotion at the same time.
All casino games at Mickey 88 — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, jackpot, and live games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent audit bodies. The outcome of every round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including Mickey 88 itself. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is as specified by the respective game provider.
If a game is interrupted due to technical issues, loss of internet connection, or system failure, Mickey 88 reserves the right to declare the affected round void. All wagers will be returned to your account. Mickey 88 is not liable for any winnings that cannot be credited as a result of technical failures beyond our control.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it may not be cancelled by the Member unless the Cash Out feature is active and used within the permitted timeframe.
All displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Pre-match odds are fixed once a bet is accepted. For live betting, odds change in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mickey 88 platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances:
Mickey 88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or for legal and regulatory reasons. In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach, Mickey 88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including cash and bonuses, without any compensation.
You may close your Mickey 88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all eligible balances from your account. Mickey 88 will process closure requests within 3–5 business days following identity verification.

Any dispute between a Member and Mickey 88 shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005.
By using the Mickey 88 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
